  Although the customer service was okay and yes only okay, really hardly okay because my previous eye doctor was amazing and comparing my previous eye doctor to this it is hardly okay. When you arrive even early for a prescheduled appointment you wait a long time after the appointment before being seen. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 11:30 appointment and it took until around 12:00 -12;10 to be seen. I got contacts and placed the order and was told I'd receive a call when they arrived.2 weeks later no call at all so I decide to call and they said they had them for around 2 weeks. Very disappointed in the service and follow up at this business

  Be careful - you can not use their prescription online! The prices are inflated. Very bad experience((
